If your debit card has been lost or stolen:
To report your card lost or stolen after hours or on the weekends, please call SHAZAM at 800-383-8000. You will need either the card number being reported or the ability to verify your name, address, phone, and social security number.
Please report your lost or stolen card to Bank of Brookfield-Purdin N.A. during normal business hours. You may do so by contacting your local branch or the Main Bank at 660-258-3394. A new card can be ordered by visiting your local branch.
